পরীক্ষা গ্রহন সম্পর্কে কেন্দ্রের অধ্যক্ষ/ভারপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তার প্রতি নির্দেশনা
1/ As per the schedule, 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination, the question papers should be collected from the concerned treasury/police station/bank along with the letter of the authority of the principal / officer-in-charge of the concerned center and police force. The question paper packet has to be opened after making sure that there is a question paper of the correct subject and paper according to the schedule.
১/ সময়সূচী অনুযায়ী পরীক্ষা শুরুর ৩০ মিনিট পূর্বে সংশ্লিষ্ট কেন্দ্রের অদ্ধ্যক্ষ/ভারপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তার প্রাধিকার পত্র ও পুলিশ ফোর্স সহ সংশ্লিষ্ট ত্রেজারি/থানা/ ব্যাংক হতে প্রশ্নপত্র সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।প্রশ্নপত্র সংগ্রহকালে সংশ্লিষ্ট টিমের সদস্যগণ মোবাইল ফোন বা অন্য কোন ইলেকট্রনিক ডিভাইস ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না। সময়সূচী অনুযায়ী সঠিক বিষয় ও পত্রের প্রশ্নপত্র আছে কিনা নিশ্চিত হয়ে প্রশ্নপত্রের প্যাকেট খুলতে হবে।

2/ The examination period of 2019 degree pass and certificate course 2nd year will be 3.30 hours.
২/ ২০১৯ সালের ডিগ্রী পাশ ও সার্টিফিকেট কোর্স ২য় বর্ষের পরীক্ষার সময়কাল হবে ৩.৩০ ঘণ্টা।
3/ The required number of invigilators should be appointed in the examination room as per the rules of the university. No answer sheet other than the original answer sheet provided for this examination from the University may be used. Only answer sheets with OMR containing TMIS can be used in this test.
৩/ পরীক্ষার কক্ষে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী প্রয়োজনীয় সংখ্যক ইনভিজিলেটর নিয়োগ করতে হবে। বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় হতে এই পরীক্ষার জন্য সরবরাহ করা মূল উত্তরপত্র ছাড়া অন্য কোন উত্তরপত্র ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। যে সমস্ত উত্তরপত্রে TMIS সম্বলিত OMR ব্যবহৃত হয়েছে কেবল সে সমস্ত উত্তরপত্র এই পরীক্ষায় ব্যবহার করা যাবে।

4/ Copies can be used by downloading from the university website for various purposes used in the examination.
৪/ পরীক্ষার কাজে ব্যবহৃত বিভিন্ন প্রয়জনে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে ডাউনলোড করে কপি ব্যবহার করা যাবে।
5/ The seating arrangement of the examinees has to be 2 per bench as per the rules of the university.
৫/ পরীক্ষার্থীদের আসন বিন্যাস বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী প্রতি বেঞ্চে ২ করতে হবে।
